Return policy

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of merchandise are not permitted for return. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items not permitted for return:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Books showing obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for a reason not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to let you know that we've received your returned item. We'll also let you know whether your refund was approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically credited within
a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or Discounted Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at xpressaccessoriescontact@gmail.com and send your item to: 14 L'Aubaudière, Venansault, Vendée, 85190, France.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to
the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to them, so they will know you returned their gift.
Shipping

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for your return. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of
return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment.
We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
